Indio Oils - Fragrance or really PURE?

Blessings to all, I am new to the forum. Happy to be here.

For many years I have wondered if Indio Oils are 100% essential oils since they add the word FRAGRANCE on the catalogues and website. There is a difference in fragrance oils and actual 100% pure essential oils. For me it is super important to use only essential oils. Does anyone know?
